SHIPPING:
Orders received by 8am EST M-F will usually ship that day. Orders received after 8am EST will ship the next business day. eFence1 does not ship on Sundays or Holidays. UPS delivers only M-F and not on Holidays. US Mail delivers M-Sat and not on Sun or Holidays. Look for the eFence1/UPS Zone Chart when selecting products that ship via UPS. eFENCE1 ships to continental US addresses only.  Normally, shipping will be by US Mail for most small items and UPS for larger items.  Make sure NOT to use a PO Box for UPS shipments.

SALES TAX:
A sales tax of 6% will be added to orders delivered to Connecticut  addresses. A Connecticut seller that accepts orders for tangible personal property not  specifically exempt from sales and use taxes and that ships or delivers the  items to Connecticut addresses, must charge and collect Connecticut sales or use  tax on such sales.

A 30 Day Money Back Guarantee:

If you find that you are not 100% satisfied with the products purchased online through eFENCE1.com website during our 30-day money back period, you may return it for a full refund, less shipping charges to or from our point of shipment. Our 30-day money back period shall start on your date of receipt as verified by UPS or US Mail Postmark. All items must be returned with their original packaging and all items that were included in the packge.

The following items are not returnable: Batteries, Nylon Collars or Leashes unless you receive a product not matching your order and you have not used the product we shipped.

Defective Equipment Warranty:


This warranty usually covers any failure of the equipment due to defective material or workmanship past our 30 Day Money Back period. This warranty is provided by the Equipment Manufacturer and is void if the equipment has been used for anything other than it's intended purpose, abused, or damaged due to dog chews, non-authorized repairs, improper handling or installation. Each product carries it's own warranty and warranty information usually is packed with each item.

If your product proves to be defective after the 30-day money back period, you should contact the equipment manufacturer directly to receive a warranty repair.
