Shipping

Orders received by 8am will usually ship that day. Orders received after 8am EST may ship the same day or the next business day. eFence1 does not ship on Sundays or Holidays. Our UPS GROUND service ships and delivers orders only M-F and not on Weekends and Holidays. US Mail delivers M-Sat and not on Sun or Holidays. Look for the eFence1/UPS Zone Chart when selecting products that ship via UPS. eFENCE1 ships to continental US addresses only. Normally, shipping will be by US Mail for most small items and UPS for larger items. Make sure NOT to use a PO Box for UPS shipments. We are not responsible for your order once tracking shows it has been delivered to your address.

Backorders: Back-orders are not a common occurrence; however you will be notified of any back-ordered items prior to shipping any portion of your order. We will contact you by phone or email to offer a refund of your purchase price and to discuss the length of the back-order and possible alternate items.

Sales Tax

A sales tax of 6.35% will be added to orders delivered to Connecticut addresses. “A Connecticut seller that accepts orders for tangible personal property not specifically exempt from sales and use taxes and that ships or delivers the items to Connecticut addresses, must charge and collect Connecticut sales or use tax on such sales.”

Payment Information

For our online sales, we accepts most major credit cards, eChecks and PayPal for payments through PayPal services. PayPal is a secure payment service which is a free service to buyers. The Address Verification System is used when processing all cards.

Return Policy

We strive to ensure that our customers receive only the highest quality service and merchandise. However, we realize that you may need to return an item to us. To ensure full credit for your return, please do the following:

UPON RECEIPT OF PURCHASE:
1. DO NOT THROW AWAY ANY PACKAGING included with your merchandise, such as boxes, instruction manuals, or promotional materials. Look the items over carefully for cosmetic damage.
2. SAVE YOUR PACKING LIST OR INVOICE Proof of purchase is one of the requirements for a return and for warranty registration and warranty repair validation of some items.

Before returning any products, please contact us via phone or email for troubleshooting a product or a return authorization. All merchandise returned for credit or exchange is subject to our approval and must be in perfect resalable condition, and returned in original packaging within seven (7) days. You must submit a copy of our packing list or invoice with your return.

  • If an item is returned for a reason other a manufacturing defect or error on our part, a 15% restocking charge may apply.
  • Batteries may not be returned for refund unless they have not been used. We test batteries before shipping and will re-test for any usage before issuing refund or replacements.
  • All serial numbers must be intact and labels must not have been removed or otherwise tampered with. This is important for both returns and proof of warranty.
  • Nylon collars and leashes can be returned for exchange as long as they are unused and in resalable condition.
  • Customer is responsible for any return shipping charges for returning merchandise unless there was an error on our part.
  • We are not responsible for manufacturer changes in product or specifications
  • We are not responsible for any property damage or personal injury caused by misuse of any items we sell.

Damaged Merchandise . . .
Should your order arrive in a damaged condition, stop unpacking. Save the shipping packaging and all packing materials included with your merchandise just as you received it. Notify us immediately to obtain further instructions. Damages and missing items must be reported upon receipt of your package.

Equipment Warranty:

A warranty usually covers any failure of the equipment due to defective material or workmanship. Generally, a product Warranty is provided by the Equipment Manufacturer and is usually void if the equipment has been used for anything other than it’s intended purpose, abused, or damaged due to dog chews or other physical damages, non-authorized repairs, improper handling or installation or if a serial number has been removed or has otherwise been tampered with. Each product carries it’s own warranty and warranty information usually is packed with each item. Warranty coverages will vary depending on the product and what Warranty Coverages came with it from the Manufacturer.
